They were able to get to me, a day before my appointment.  Communication with Tom was great, always letting me know what the next step was.  Tom explained clearly what the issue was and what needed to be done.  Very professional and efficient.  If in the future I encounter any more problems, I will definitely be giving them a call.

Used for a filter clean and Mike got me set up and taken care of. Actually had some settings wrong on my pool equipment that he corrected as well. Arrived on time, professional and knowledgeable.

This is my first time using Pool Tech and I wasn’t disappointed. Another individual installed a new pool timer that didn’t work, then ghosted me. Tom immediately determined that it wasn’t wired correctly and fixed the problem. From my initial call to the company to the end result, communication was cordial, efficient, and responsive. Pool Tech was great to work with and to fix our problem. They came and did a diagnostic test to find the leak, and then did everything possible to fix the leak without damaging our pool deck.  They were punctual, polite and our problem was detected and fixed with 48 hours.
